This is logged in the protocol receive logfiles on the Exchange server. Checking these files manually is doable but painful, I use a PowerShell script called SMTP-Review.ps1 which retrieves the IP addresses from all hosts from the protocol receive logfiles. That would also mean that you might see error messages from the connector during the first provisioning (because the Exchange mailbox would not be deployed yet).

This is the property that determines which Exchange servers can use the Send Connector. Exchange servers send their messages to the servers listed in the SourceTransportServers property so that those servers can route messages over the Send Connector for further processing, for example to the Internet. In fact, Microsoft Exchange Server cannot download mail from external POP3 servers but MAPILab POP3 Connector adds such functionality to it. You can configure the connector for reconciliation of the distribution groups and mailbox database in the target system to be populated as entitlements in the lookup definitions on Oracle Identity Governance. The features of the connector include full and incremental reconciliation, limited reconciliation, transformation and validation of account data and so on. This connector supports two recipient types, UserMailbox and MailUser.

If you are connecting to Exchange Online, you can either provide a list of mailboxes to synchronize, or configure the connector to obtain a list through the Microsoft Graph API. The Microsoft Exchange connector uses the data in Microsoft Active Directory during the mailbox provisioning and reconciliation operations. This means that the connector only supports target resource reconciliation with Microsoft Exchange. The connector requires the deployment of a Microsoft Active Directory User Management connector. The user account data is stored in Microsoft Active Directory.

To recreate the default receive connectors in Exchange admin center, go through the screens below and ensure that you configure the same configuration for each receive connector. The connector supports reconciliation and provisioning of mailboxes for users across multiple Microsoft Active Directory domains. The domains can be in a parent child relationship or can be peer domains.

For load balancing and fault tolerance, use multiple SMTP servers (smart hosts) and multiple Exchange servers (transport servers). The Exchange connector can work with both on premise and Exchange online modes. By default, the connector operates in ‘On premises’ mode. Exchange Online always uses Opportunistic TLS by default, which means it tries to encrypt connections with the most secure version of TLS first.
